Thank you for choosing Vertex Software Enterprise. We are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital goods and services, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Project-Based Services: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific service agreement/contract. Generally, once a milestone is completed and approved by the client, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable. If you cancel a project before completion, you may be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Retainer/Subscription Services: Fees for monthly retainer or subscription services are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon cancellation:
We stand by the quality of our code. We generally provide a warranty period (as defined in your contract, typically 30-90 days) after delivery, during which we will fix any bugs or defects related to the agreed-upon scope at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications, hosting environment changes, or new requirements not included in the original scope.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
